I am a food enthusiast, from India. I love to cook and eat meals that are BIG on flavours. What you should know is that I always use fresh vegetables, 'better leven' eggs, meat and organic dairy products. I don't use pastes or pre mixed products as they contain a lot of salts and preservatives.
